Nicola Turner is a primarily self taught fibre artist. Raised on Vancouver Island she is inspired by the beauty that surrounds her. Nicola's work is characterized by its warm colors and her exploration of nature. When she is not creating she enjoys spending time with her family and dog.
StatementNicola is strongly influenced by nature and draws inspiration from her surroundings. She enjoys the repetitive nature of needle felting and loves to create with wool and any fibre. Nicola likes that there is always something new to experiment with or learn in the fibre world.
